  • UNIT 4:PRINCIPLES OF SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY TO MAKE THE TRANSITION INTO ADULTHOOD (M/601/7227, Unit Level: 3; GLH: 30 hours; Credits: 3)
