My first contact was Christiana, the project coordinatior. She was great! Quick, clear comunuication. Then once I enrolled there wasnt much communication. Before starting the course I mentioned that I am pregnant and discussed wether a study break was possible which and was confirmed. When I reached the time for maternity leave I reached out to notify which months I will take a break. Thats when I discovererd that the Information wasnt passed on. It was a hassle to clarify also as it wasnt clear to me who is my contact person. If there is somethung I'd change it would be that each student gets a contact person. I also dont like the 'ticket' system and getting mails with my question confirmation/closure filling my mailbox.

I had an easy time with the assignment and my feedback for my assignments were useful for future areas to improve. However I would have loved clearer instructions and more prompt responses to my queries. Other than that I enjoyed the course content and plan on studying further with ACT.

Overall course was developed for the teachers to prove their ability and the respective course will lead the way to success. My co-ordinator Nina was supportive and well evalauted my assignments where it motivated me to do better.

The course material was straightforward and easy to follow. The information was detailed and practical. I found the reading meaterial so informative that I could not stop reading until the end. From the first module, I was able to apply what I was learning to my lessons.

Really recommend taking this course from ACT. The course was excellent! Relevant topics explanations, videos and assignments. Prompt responses from the course coordinators are to be appreciated. Ease language helps to understand the context thoroughly. Aspirants in teaching profession, should go for it.
